ADEL DAM (YORKSHIRE WILDLIFE TRUST)

Adel Dam is run by the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust and is a great place to see Kingfishers, Jays, Nuthatches, Great Spotted Woodpeckers and Mandarin Ducks.

DIRECTIONS

Take underpass from Golden Acre car park, then follow the footpaths to the bridle path.  Follow this to the nature reserve entrance.  There are wheelchair-friendly paths from the car park to the nature reserve and to the Marsh Hide.  A RADAR key is required by wheelchair users at the nature reserve entrance.
